Resin Bonded Filter Cartridges
Aqua Fluid Technologies’ Resin Bonded Filter Cartridges feature a proprietary two-stage design to maximize particle retention and service life in high-viscosity fluids. Manufactured from polyester, acrylic, or cellulose fibers impregnated with phenolic or melamine resin, these cartridges form a rigid, porous, and durable structure that resists collapse. Their graded-porosity ensures precise particle removal while eliminating residual debris. Suitable for chemical, water treatment, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, and industrial fluids, these filters handle viscosities up to 3200 cks and withstand pressure surges up to 10 bar, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.
